When it's cold in Alabama, there aren't many yard sales. And where I live, the estate sales within a 100 mile radius are few and far between in good weather. So I go to antique stores.

I found all of these things in the same booth in a favorite store in Hartselle, Alabama.

Yes, another camera, another clock, another scale, another frog, another ironstone piece.
But, I don't already have French carbonated lemonade bottles.
and the tag on this said it is a pharmacist's scale. I only have kitchen scales. The patent date here is 1898.
Thinking of Hartselle gives me an idea for a future post - there is a great restaurant called Cahoots and while the food is great, it could probably stand on it's own as a museum of vintage things.
